Spanish Language Instruction
The Latin American Association offers Spanish classes for adults, ages 18 and up. We currently offer twelve levels ranging from Beginning to Advanced Spanish. To view the course descriptions click here.
Ours is a comfortable, interactive approach to language learning. Class sizes range from small to moderate, and we work to create a learner-centered environment with a focus on interaction in groups or pairs. Students have the opportunity to practice Spanish with students enrolled in the ESL classes during our weekly "Intercambio" sessions.
Classes integrate all skill areas including speaking, reading, writing, listening. Classes meet two nights a week, either Monday/Wednesday or Tuesday/Thursday from 6:30-8:45 pm for a total of five weeks. We also offer a Saturday program for level 1, 2 and 3. This class meets from 9:30am-12:30pm for a period of seven weeks.
Onsite Spanish and English classes
We also offer onsite Spanish and English classes for employers in the metro Atlanta area who wish to offer classes in the workplace. Our staff is able to develop customized language programs in a wide variety of fields including legal, mortgage, financial, customer service, real estate, medical, human resources, social services, and manufacturing.
