IMMIGRATION AND LEGAL SERVICES

USCIS forms and pricing

The Latin American Association offers low-priced immigration assistance as one of our community services

The Department of Immigration oversees consultation, referrals and legal representation services for people and families who comply with the requirements based on family income*, legal eligibility, and available resources. Our lawyers and legal aides can help clients with family petitions, domestic violence cases, citizenship, and other immigration applications. The department does not accept cases in regards to political asylum, employment based petitions, student visas, tourists, or professionals. Due to the complexity of the immigration laws, we cannot answer questions over the phone. All consultations should be carried out in person and with an appointment.

Office Hours Monday – Friday 8:30 – 4:00

The number on the left column is the number of persons in your family. It includes the prospect client/petitioner/sponsor, his/her dependents and the persons he/she is sponsoring (if different from dependents). If the combined incomes of the prospect client’s family (the prospect client and spouse) as indicated by his/her income tax return or W-2, equals or exceeds the corresponding number on the right column, his/her income is too high to receive our services.
