The Department of Career and Educational Services empowers Latinos to successfully attain their employment goals through providing placement, education and advocacy services. Specifically, these services include:
- Individual career development, placements and assessments
- Free job readiness seminars.
The seminars are mandatory for anyone who wants to use our employment services.
Seminars are held at our Buford Highway location on Mondays and Tuesdays at 2:00pm and Wednesdays and Thursdays at 10:00am. - Education and referral services relating to unemployment, wage and hour disputes, discrimination, and workers’ compensation

- Cultural diversity training
- Pre-employment language assessments
- Use of our facilities for exclusive Career Days or Interview Sessions
