BECOMING A COMPAÑERO
LAA opened its doors on 1972, and since then has been the largest provider of social services to the Hispanic community in Georgia. For over 30 years, LAA has been growing strong, at the same rate of the community’s needs.
During our fiscal year 2005 – 2006, we served over 69,000 individuals in the areas of Housing, Youth, Family, Immigration, Career Development and Education. We are proud to say that during those twelve months:

Becoming a Compañero gives you the opportunity to feel wonderful about helping children, young adults, elders and families striving for the American dream. We have different levels of involvement and the opportunity to participate in a series of events for thanking you for your support. Please review and choose the program that best fits your level of involvement.
